After three seasons cooking up delicious garden-to-table recipes (and helping in the garden now and then), Chef Mick Rosacci of Tony’s Market has looked as his overflowing plate and decided to pare down his heaping helping of responsibilities. Sadly for Dig In, it means we won’t be seeing Chef Mick any more, but thankfully for everyone, you can still catch his recipes and occasional videos through Tony’s Market or on his blog: http://supper-is-ready.blogspot.com/ . We will miss our friend Chef Mick, and we thank him for three wonderful seasons of delicious and fresh recipes.

Filling Chef Mick’s chef whites is Chef Jorge de la Torre, Dean of Culinary Education at Johnson & Wales University in Denver, Colorado. Dig In is excited be working with another wonderful chef who is committed to sharing garden fresh and seasonal recipes. Welcome Chef Jorge!
